Cody Young, operating Wag On&On, handles the order information described here. Contact cody.j.young1000@gmail.com for privacy questions or requests. This notice covers wagonandon.com, its order service and the companion app as currently offered.
What you provide
The order form collects your name and email, pet names and appearance details, selected package and actions, Windows compatibility information, optional notes, photos, videos and recordings, and the permissions and terms you accept. A group photo can include multiple pets. Files may contain other people, background details or embedded metadata; please remove anything unnecessary before uploading. We do not need your government ID, health information or other sensitive personal information for a pet order.
How the information is used
We use this information to save your order, take payment, review and create the custom pet artwork and app, contact you about production, deliver downloads, respond to support and refunds, prevent abuse and keep necessary business records. We use uploaded references in AI-assisted design tools when producing your requested artwork, with human review. We do not use your uploads to train our own AI model. AI providers process information under their applicable terms and account settings; contact us before uploading if you require special handling.
Order and reference files are not published in the public gallery. We do not sell your personal information, use it for targeted advertising or publicly promote your pet without separate permission. Creating your order does not sign you up for marketing. We do not use automated profiling to make legal or similarly significant decisions about you.
Payments, email and hosting providers
Stripe processes card checkout and payment information, including billing details supplied there. If you request another payment route, we record your preference and may provide instructions for Venmo, PayPal or Cash App. Those providers handle payments made through their services under their own notices. The owner records the method, transaction reference, confirmed amount and tax when verifying a payment received outside Stripe. The Wagger order service stores payment references, status, totals, tax and refunds; it does not receive your full card number or card security code. Resend handles transactional email. OpenAI’s Sites hosting and underlying hosting/storage services, including Cloudflare, handle website requests and private order storage. AI design providers, including OpenAI tools when used, may receive the references needed for production. These providers receive information needed for their respective services and may have their own privacy notices.
The owner and people or providers assisting with an order may access information necessary for that work. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate abuse or handle a payment dispute. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries; the specific processing location depends on the provider and service. We do not promise a particular data-residency location.
Website activity, browser storage and desktop settings
The service receives technical request information. Its order intake hashes an IP address to apply submission limits; hosting providers may also process IP addresses and request logs for delivery and security. Private receipt access uses a secret link and browser session storage. Anyone with the full private link may access that order, so keep it private. Owner sign-in uses ChatGPT authentication and may use necessary authentication cookies. No advertising pixels or analytics trackers are added by the current application code; hosting and payment providers may use their own operational technologies.
Before submission, selected files stay in the open form on your device. Submitting uploads them to private storage. The current form is submitted online and has no customer ZIP export. The desktop companion’s size, visit and playback preferences are stored locally. The current companion code does not upload screen activity or add advertising trackers.
Retention and security
We retain order details, original references, delivered files and support records as needed for production, delivery, support, legal obligations and payment disputes. There is no automatic fixed deletion schedule currently implemented. Contact us to request removal of references or other personal information; we assess what can be removed and explain any records that must remain. Backups or service-provider records may take additional time to expire under their applicable processes.
Private access controls and encrypted service credentials help protect orders, but no online service is completely secure. Keep copies of your original files and tell us promptly if your private link is exposed. We may need to verify your identity or order access before responding to a data request.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, obtain a copy of or delete your personal information, or withdraw an optional permission, by emailing Cody. Include your order reference and the request; do not send a card number or password. Where applicable law provides additional rights, including objection, restriction, portability, an authorized-agent request, an appeal or a complaint to a privacy regulator, those rights remain available. To appeal a decision, reply to our privacy response with “Privacy appeal.” We respond within any deadlines required by applicable law and do not penalize you for exercising a privacy right.
Removing information needed for an unfinished order may prevent completion; we will explain the options. Optional public-marketing permission can be withdrawn for future use without changing the service you purchased. The service is for adult purchasers and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child supplied personal information, contact us so we can address it.
Changes
We post an updated date when this notice changes and provide additional notice when legally required. A materially new use of existing uploads will require appropriate notice and any permission required by law.
