Terms of Sale & Wagger License

Effective October 18, 2026 · Version 2026-10-18.1

Wag On&On is operated by Cody Young. Questions, cancellation requests or problems: cody.j.young1000@gmail.com. These terms cover consumer purchases of personalized Wagger desktop companions. You must be at least 18, or have an adult place the order.

Your order and payment

This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Your package, pet count and price appear before checkout. Extra pets are $6.99 each, up to three pets total. Stripe shows applicable tax and the final total before you pay. There is no separate mandatory service fee. Pressing “Sit, Sit, Pay!” saves your references and emails your request to Cody. Card checkout uses Stripe. You may instead request Venmo, PayPal or Cash App instructions; Cody must confirm receiving details and the final total, including any tax, before you pay by another method. An order is paid only after payment is confirmed, and app delivery requires confirmed payment. A customer message or screenshot alone is not payment confirmation.

What we make

Your purchase is a personalized downloadable Windows desktop companion with eight chosen actions and the features listed for your package. It is a stylized, AI-assisted recreation guided by your photos and descriptions, with human review. The stock templates guide the movements; actions may differ slightly to suit your pet’s appearance, anatomy and reference material. It is not an exact copy of a video, a living pet, or a guarantee of a particular emotional result. A real bark or other authentic pet sound needs your usable recording. Photos alone cannot provide it.

We review the requested actions, references, compatibility and estimated delivery timing after payment, and contact you about anything unclear. We do not promise instant generation or a fixed turnaround at checkout. Material changes to scope, price or timing require your agreement. Mac installers, native screensavers and alarms are not included unless expressly offered and confirmed for your order; website previews do not establish availability.

Simple cancellation, revision and refund rules

You can cancel for a full refund before production begins. If we cannot reasonably make the agreed order, we offer a full refund rather than substitute something without your agreement. After production begins, contact us: we will explain work completed and any proposed partial refund before asking you to agree. There is no automatic blanket “no refunds” rule.

If the delivered app does not work on the agreed compatible system or materially differs from the agreed brief, contact us so we can correct it or provide an appropriate refund. Extra creative changes beyond the agreed brief require a separate agreement; they are not silently charged. Refunds go through the original payment method, subject to bank processing time. These rules do not reduce any mandatory cancellation, warranty or refund rights you have.

Your pet. Your creative freedom.

You retain all rights you already have in your photos, videos, recordings and other supplied material. For custom pet artwork and animations we deliver specifically for your paid order, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, edit, display, share, distribute and commercially use them, and to let others do the same. No additional permission or royalties to Wag On&On are needed. To the extent we own transferable copyright in those custom creative elements, we assign it to you upon full payment.

You may run, copy, back up, modify and share your delivered personalized Wagger app, including as a gift. That permission includes our reusable components only as part of that personalized app. It does not transfer ownership of our reusable software engine, stock templates, brand, website, original Jabba/Luna artwork or another customer’s content, or permit selling those separately as your own platform. Third-party and open-source components retain their own licenses. Source files or source code are included only if listed in your order.

We cannot guarantee that AI-generated elements qualify for copyright protection or are exclusive; other people may receive similar poses or movements. We only grant rights we can legally grant. Your use must respect other people’s rights. Modifications you make are your responsibility and may require separate support.

Your uploads and our limited permission

Only submit material you own or have permission to use, including recordings and photos taken by someone else. You give us and the service providers used for your order permission to process that material only as needed to review, create, deliver and support your Wagger and meet legal obligations. This is not permission to sell your uploads, place them in another customer’s order, or use them in public marketing. Public portfolio or promotional use requires separate permission. Avoid uploading private information about other people that we do not need.

Delivery and support

Delivery is through your private order link after a reviewed app is released. Keep the link and a backup of your download; anyone holding that link can access that order. Contact us if it is lost or exposed. There is no promise of lifetime hosting, unlimited revisions, future OS compatibility or continuous support. We will address problems with the agreed delivery as described above. Reminders and desktop pets are not safety-critical alarms; do not rely on them for emergencies.

Reasonable limits, with your rights preserved

We take reasonable care but cannot promise error-free operation or uninterrupted third-party services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we exclude indirect or consequential losses that the law permits us to exclude. These limits do not apply where prohibited, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or mandatory consumer remedies. They do not remove the refund and correction commitments above.

Please contact Cody first so we can try to resolve a problem informally. There is no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver in these terms. Colorado law applies except where the mandatory protections of your home jurisdiction apply. Nothing prevents a lawful complaint to a regulator or court.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. The terms version recorded with your order applies to that purchase. Later changes apply to future orders unless you separately agree or a legal requirement applies.
